This plan from the South Beach Diet includes the one-week body reboot kit but also helps you continue to lose weight at a rate of 1-2 pounds per week for the next three weeks to come. This is a 4-week plan that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

The silver plan costs about $10 per day. It’s $290 for a weeks’ worth of breakfast, lunch, dinners and snacks of low carb, healthy meals.
The gold plan is a little bit more money of about $11.80 per day with a grand total of $330 per week.
The platinum plan, which includes those 20 extra high protein shakes, is of course more expensive. It costs $12.86 per day, or $360 per week.
The diabetes plan, which is similar to the gold plan, costs the same at $11.80 per day, $330 per week.
Each plan has the option of being for a man or woman. The men’s plan costs a little extra since those portions will have a bit more food.
